Okay location

After exploring several senior living options with my wife, we concluded that Treemont Senior Living is an excellent choice for my uncle. We contacted the manager, who gave us a detailed overview of the recently upgraded perks and amenities, such as cooktops in every apartment and dining room service available seven days a week for both lunch and dinner. The price-to-quality ratio is a notable advantage. My uncle is very happy living at Treemont.

My father has officially been here a year and he will not be returning. 4 months ago, a lady was murdered in her apartment and we all found out through the news. No one from management called family members to reassure that their loved ones were safe. During Beryl, my father was stuck on the 3rd floor being that he is wheel chair bound there was no way that he could get to the first floor to use the charging stations and get water/food. Luckily I was able to bring him everything he needed but it was still difficult cause I wasn’t able to get him out of the building. Jackie in the office isn’t really knowledgeable about simple things or maybe she doesn’t care. The other two ppl (don’t know their names) don’t seem to be helpful either. They have placed extra charges on my father’s account and I had to go to the office at least 3 months consecutively for them to stop. The building is infested with roaches as well. I do not recommend this place at all.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and service at Treemont Senior Living. My grandmother has found a true home in one of the best senior communities in Houston. The staff is warm, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. From the well-kept facilities to the engaging activities, everything is thoughtfully designed to enhance their quality of life. We feel so at peace knowing she’s in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Treemont to anyone looking for exceptional senior care!
